Free and Easy Returns!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return any items, we will gladly return, exchange, or refund your purchase price, INCLUDING your original shipping costs if it was within the continental US! (ground shipping charges only)
All returns must be made within 60 days. All returned products must be in same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions and documentation. Otherwise, a restocking fee may apply.
Refund of shipping costs applies to ground shipping charges only. Refund of shipping charges and/or prepaid shipping labels are for residents of the continental US only. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We will gladly accept these returns, but return shipping will be your responsibility.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
